It's important to understand that once the security deposit is collected, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. If you, your guests, or acquaintances enter or use the vehicle in any way, no refund will be issued, and the security deposit will be forfeited.

1.3. Security Deposit: $500 security deposit is collected at the time of vehicle acquisition. It is not refundable unless the vehicle is returned in the same state as it was before the rental was provided. If you or anyone associated with your rental, including guests or acquaintances, enters or uses the vehicle in any manner, the security deposit will not be refunded.

1.4. Cancellation Timing: The total amount refunded, if applicable, will depend on when you cancel the trip and the length of the trip. The cancellation period is based on the vehicle's time zone, and specific details will be provided at the time of booking.
