When you use the services offered by EZ Exotic Car Rental ("EZ Exotic," "we," "us," or "our"), you are agreeing to follow these Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our services.
2. Rental Agreement
2.1. Rental Requirements: To rent a vehicle from EZ Exotic, you must meet the minimum age and driver's license requirements specified by state and local laws. You are required to have a valid driver's license and a payment method.
2.2. Reservation: You can reserve a vehicle through our website, mobile app, or by calling us. Reservations depend on availability.
2.3. Payment: By renting a vehicle, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your rental, including rental fees, insurance costs, fuel charges, and any additional services you request.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1. Cancellation: If you need to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation policy will apply.All Cancellations must be canceled 48 hours prior to reservation after this time period You will forfeit your deposit. This includes not showing up for rental. If changes are needing to be made within the 48 hour period clients Deposit will be transferred not refunded for new reservation.
3.2.
Refund Policy:
• 100% Refund – Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled rental start time are eligible for a full refund of the rental fee.
• 50% Refund – Cancellations made within 7 days but more than 24 hours before the rental start time will receive a 50% refund.
• No Refund – Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled rental start time are non-refundable. No-shows are also considered non-refundable.
Additional Notes:
• All refunds apply to the rental fee only. Any service or processing fees may be non-refundable.
• Rescheduling requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be made at least 48 hours in advance. A rescheduling fee may apply.
4. Vehicle Use and Responsibilities
4.1. Vehicle Inspection: Before you take the vehicle, you agree to inspect it for any existing damage and inform EZ Exotic about it. Failure to report damages may result in you being responsible for repair costs.
4.2. Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the vehicle for any prohibited activities, such as illegal actions, racing, towing, or carrying hazardous materials.
5. Insurance
5.1. Insurance Coverage: All clients must provide full coverage insurance we do not offer additional insurance option
6. Privacy
6.1. Privacy Policy: Your use of our services is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
7.1. Amendments: EZ Exotic reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We'll let you know about any changes by posting them on our website or mobile app.

8.1. Termination: If you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in inappropriate or harmful activities, we may terminate your access to our services.

10. If customer decides to extend rental, it can only be done within a 8hr timeframe before rental end. Minimum extension time is 12hr or more.
